This summer hasn't been boring for me. I've been working. And it's really hard work too: eight hours a day in that heat, you sweat about 2 lb. Plus I'm so sore right now...

Actually, I'm in the carpentry business. Mostly I haul lumber (3/4 in. plywood is so damn heavy), build walls, other things that carpenters do. Except I don't know how to read plans/layout walls, etc.
I do what I'm told. It's really really hot outside, and by the time I get home my clothes are so wet, it's like I went swimming.
Carpentry sucks? What do you mean? It sucks because it's hard to do, or are you just insulting the profession.
To be specific I actually do rough framing.
