Murder
This question has really been bothering me, and I can't figure out a satisfactory answer for myself. Here it is: Is murder wrong? And if so, why?
(By this I mean is murder immoral, and if it is immoral in your opinion, support your argument.)

1) FOUR IS HALF OF FIVE. TRUE OR FALSE??
2) THERE ARE ONLY 3 WORDS THAT END IN -GRY. HUNGRY AND ANGRY ARE TWO OF THEM. WHAT IS THE THIRD WORD IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE? IF YOU HAVE LISTENED CARFULLY, YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD.

I make guys have to pee,
and girls comb their hair.
I make celebrities look stupid,
and normal people look like celebrities.
I turn pancakes brown,

The first two I've got the answers to. Then third one I've only got hypotheses for and apparently 97% of Harvard students can't get the last one, but 84% of kindergarten students could get it in 6 minutes or less. NO CHEATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Philosophy. One of several doctrines holding that all reality is objective and external to the mind and that knowledge is reliably based on observed objects and events.
An emphasis on objects rather than feelings or thoughts in literature or art.
Why would anyone want to base their life on objects? Why do we need to follow a philosophy to live and be happy? ...Does this make you happy? I'm just wondering, because all you people who claim to be objectivists sure dont seem as happy as you should be.
And it's getting to the point where it's pointless. Selfishness will get you nowhere. I'm not saying that "rational self interest" (as some put it) is bad, but disregarding others completely for your own benefit is just a bunch of crap. Humans are the only creatures without a niche, so its obvious our job is with each other--with relationships. And with God.
And if me saying God offends anyone, well then I feel sorry for you.
I really think it's time people start considering how they're living their lives. Are you truly happy? Are you stable? What's your foundation? What are your goals? What are your morals? Where do you gain your strength? In yourself? How arrogant.
If you don't change your beliefs, your life will be like this forever. ...Is that good news to you?

Another get together
Who is going to be here for Spring Break? We were hoping that if everyone wasn't doing anything then we could have another get together. The last one was a hit, so we figured we should have another. Plus Spring Break might get a little boring with all the culminating we'll be doing. I won't be at school on Friday (I'm gonna be leaving for NC after first period) so just send me a groupwise if there was a party when you could come. Thanks a bunch!

Sunrise
Well this post may seem a bit odd considering sunrise was some 15 hours ago but anyways....Sometime around four I figured I wasn't going to fall asleep so around five I grabbed my iPod walked out to the dock and just sat waiting for the sun to rise. As it did I had one of those moments where nothing else really seems to matter save me, that sunrise, and the music blaring out of my headphones. If you don't know what kind of moment I'm talking about, it's one of completness and clarity. One moment I wouldn't trade for anything in the world.
