Well this post may seem a bit odd considering sunrise was some 15 hours ago but anyways....Sometime around four I figured I wasn't going to fall asleep so around five I grabbed my iPod walked out to the dock and just sat waiting for the sun to rise. As it did I had one of those moments where nothing else really seems to matter save me, that sunrise, and the music blaring out of my headphones. If you don't know what kind of moment I'm talking about, it's one of completness and clarity. One moment I wouldn't trade for anything in the world.

Initially formed in the fall of 2004, the CGS Riverbend Class of 2008 had been together of an epic four years of high school. It disbanded in 2008 after graduation, but it still remains the best in all of CGS history.

life sucks sometimes. yeah. not to bring you down. but it really does. sometimes.
You woke up at four in the morning just to watch the sun rise? The sun rises every morning. Why would you waste precious hours of sleep on it?
what if you die today Eric, then you wont see the sun rise tomorrow, so why wait for it tomorrow when you can sacrifice a couple hours to see it now?
Brian, if you died today you would also never have sacrificed a cow to the sun god, does that mean you should run out and do it just in case?

I'll help you sacrifice a cow (unless it's one of the sun god's cows, then we'll get smited) but only if we can eat it afterwards. Besides, why watch the sunrise when you can watch the sunset? It's the same thing, just backwards, and at a more convenient time.
