The horror!"]...defeat...[writhing around it pain on the floor]...Lousiana State University...[uncontrollable shaking]...on...Saturday night...[sob]
Thats right. The Vols vs. The [LSU] Tigers on Saturday night...will NOT be played...until...MONDAY NIGHT AT 7:45 ON ESPN 2! WATCH IT! This will be a great game, and its always fun to watch the Tennessee Volunteers beat a team thats number 3 in the NATION...
It was postponed due to Hurricane Rita. Hurricane Rita...around because of global warming...man, WHY AREN'T THERE MORE PIRATES! If there were, this never would have happened!
Argh...well, watch it, monday night, 7:45 on ESPN 2...forget monday night football...watch some real football, some college football...

actually if u payed attention it has little to do with global warming...hurricanes come in cycles.... from 1940-1970 there were just as many hurricans as there are now, but in the 70's 80's and early 90's there were less then in 95 they started picking up again, they have gone in cycles like this for centuries, every 20-30 years or so the average temp. of the atlantic ocean fluctuates 1-2 degrees centigrade (which is more than farenheit) and hurricanes increase during that period. so colin, it is most likely not due to global warming, and the vols suck
Cupcake, if you payed attention, you'd realize that global warming comes in cycles, in accordance to the number of pirates. Pirates used to disappear when the feds cracked down, but come back when the feds lighten up. Right now the feds are cracking down, so the pirates are in hiding, thus global warming is rising. duh.
and the Vols don't suck, fool.

Colin, you're lucky the Vols/Tigers game DID get postponed. Otherwise it the Vols would have forfeited ( http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=2170163 ). So you should be happy they're playing Monday night, rather than no night at all.

hey colin, im sorry, but the vols are goin to lose. if they can't beat florida, how do you expect them to beat LSU in Baton Rouge. With tenessee's special teams showing last week they don't stand a chance unless the team steps up.
We're gonna have Colquitt punt the ball this week, not throw it. And you KNOW Tennessee dominated the game last week, just a couple big plays turned it.

Tennesse was not being dominated, fool. Our special teams just got beat.
They got the ball with great field positions many times. We always held them to three points [for those of you who would bring up that TD drive, please note that UF did not have great field position]. Jake, i have no idea what game you were watching. Perhaps the USC game. There is no way UT was dominated by Florida; the score was not indicative of the game.

Jake, that is a lie. Something only an uniformed fool would say. How do you say we couldn't stop their offense when they got the point on approx. our 30 TWICE and instead of two touchdowns, two field goal? When put in that position, limiting an offense, especially one that was praised so much like florida's, TO 3 POINTS is more a [minor] victory for the defense. They had two good drives; they got a touchdown out of one, and a field goal out of another [after using up nearly half of the 3rd quarter]. 2 good drives. The WHOLE game. Thats pretty good. You are obviously an uniformed idiot. Florida's offense was very highly praise, yet their rush game didn't work too well, now did it? [minus the one 18 yard reverse] Everyone was talking bout how the florida option offense was gonna run over us-IT DIDN'T. WE STOPPED THEIR RUSH, it didn't work at all. UT was not dominated, at all. At least, not on D. The game was a defensive game, between two defensive juggernauts. WE held them to 1.8 yards rushing, and 5 sacks. How in the world do you say we were dominated? Don't argue if you don't have a clue what you're talking about.

ok colin, i'll agree that they were not dominated but they still made mistakes that cost them the game. If they want to beat LSU they cant make those kinds of mistakes. and if they do, you will be wrong for the second straight week.
P.S. Auburn is better than the Vols
colin ur defense against there running sucked, u can't deny it there running game killed u, i saw them make 4 straight running plays taht went at least 10 yards each, so yes u were dominated

We DID STOP THEIR RUN. four runs are unconsequential. You say for of their running plays work, and assume we were dominated?!?! what about the other 31 times their running plays DID NOT work. We were not dominated, moron.

thank you kevin, you guys (mainly Colin) just need to face the facts. When Auburn lost their first game, their offense sucked. I'll also admit that my team got dominated, hopefully it won't happen again this year. Also, sorry about Iowa Kevin, they got man-handeled by Ohio State. Go Auburn

i never denied that Tennessee lost. i just denied the claim that Tennessee got dominated, for they did not.
