Iowa also won, 56-0. That's right, fifty-six to nothing.
The game was not as close as the score indicates. It was actually much less close, Iowa just didn't want to run it up.

Initially formed in the fall of 2004, the CGS Riverbend Class of 2008 had been together of an epic four years of high school. It disbanded in 2008 after graduation, but it still remains the best in all of CGS history.

OK so i dont know how to type very well, but at least i can pick a respectable college to go to
Kevin, that really doesn't rub it in my face. First off, look at the two different schools: Ball St. and UAB. Which was in a bowl game last year? Wasn't Ball St. UAB could beat the pants of Ball St. Secondly, look at the two records of UT and Iowa. They both say (1-0), despite the fact that Iowa won by 56 and UT 7. A win is a win, and is seen as such in the stats column.
A win may be a win. But wins don't get you into bowl games. Coaches' votes do. And you can believe me that coaches WILL look at the margin of victory.
True. However, once again, look at the quality of the opponents. UAB- (7-5) last year, bowl game appearance. Ball St.- (2,9) last year, ranked one of the worst ten teams of the 1A division this year. Not to mention the fact that many of their players were absent from the game. UAB is known to have a great passing game and a decent defense (of course, it also helped that ainge was off his game). I think that a 17-10 win over a quality opponent such as UAB will mean more than a 56-0 whallop over a horrible team, such as ball state.
