and yay for toni! :-D
i feel like we've all gotten a little closer this year and i hope we dont drift apart over the summer.

Yay for Toni, so glad she's back!
I'm sure you didn't fail the SOL Tyler. One year I thought I failed the English one (I wrote a story instead of an essay) yet I passed advanced and did better than most of my friends who wrote essays.
We have gotten a lot closer! Aww I hope none of us drift apart either! We need to have a lot of "get togethers" over the summer. I'm going to miss everyone so much!
In some ways I want this year to end and in others I don't. It's been a great year, hopefully it only gets better.
But these last few weeks have been driving me "nuts" too. I'm so apathetic towards school right now. Senioritis is contageous and I think I caught it. I'm having so much difficulty paying attention, expecially in Chemistry, it's painful learning there.
Well I'm sure I've rambled long enough. I thought it would be nice to hear from me, since I haven't commented in awhile. I finally just read the whole Tyler's immature post today.

Much Love,
Chels

Yeah... I just don't want it to end because with the end of the school year comes culminating presentations, and I still have yet to start mine.

Paying attention... I pay about as much attention as usual. Except in Chemistry. I pay a lot more attention there than I did in Bio, because Chemistry is a lot more interesting (after all, its math, how could it not be interesting?).

Tyler, if you failed the Bio SOL, then I did too. But I'm sure we didn't.
And HOW CAN YOU BE EXCITED ABOUT CULMINATING?!? I have like culminating nightmares...

Colin. said...

Me too, Kevin. Though I know exactly what to do, and it's fairly simple..I just don't want to do it.

I don't mind Chemistry so much...the class just seems longer due to her teaching style.

I too am glad [] that Toni is back.

Funny. I don't feel as though 'we' [depending who it refers to..] have gotten much closer at all. May just be mood-congruent memory, but I don't feel as though 'we' have, for the most part.

i disagree. i think we get along better this year. umm that's all i feel like saying right now. cause i'm tired. goodnight

I'm not excited about culminating, I hate it.

I'm paying less attention in chemistry than I did in Biology, I don't think it's as interesting, it has a little math yes, but it's dumb, I haven't learned anything yet, and I refuse to show work which I normally wouldn't even do when solving the problems, especially when I'm just going to enter it into a calculator anyway. Or mabey I'm just a 'slacker...'

And Colin, that's because you're anti-social, or you just don't like the word 'we' for some strange reason, most likely a combination of the two.

These past few weeks have been driving me INSANE. Literally.

i love being back. :)

i think i failed the bio SOL too. if not that then the Bio Ap im taking tomorrow. everyone is saying its scary.

In a sense, we have gotten closer. Even you, Colin! *gasp*
I for one feel about a billion times more comfortable around you all!
Chemistry's not so bad. It's just not Mr. Morris so it sucks.
Annnnd dont you worry Toni--it wont be that bad. :-)

niiiiiiice jessica lol. and yeah i think we've all gotten closer too colin's just oblivious

Firstly, I don't believe being more able to get along better, or what have you, is equated to being closer. May it is for some of you, but that isn't what I think of when someone says we got closer.

And I put the 'we' in quotes due to the fact that I feel that 'we' have gotten closer, if the 'we' refers to a select few people...but not everybody. However, I think you all use it as a pronoun discribing the class, in which case, I'm not sure I agree.

What do you think 'closer' means? "being more able to get along better, or what have you" is clearly one of the definitions of closer, and the only one that would apply here based on how it was used.

'We' doesn't have to apply equally to everyone, but it certainly does apply to the majority of the class to some extent.

Well, we argue a lot more this year than we did last year, if that indicates closeness.

AMPaquette said...

shut up and let's have a group hug. or cuddle. i was promised a cuddle in winter drumline and we never did. i am dissappointed in life.

Kevin said...

A group hug would definitely make us closer, but I'm not sure thats what all of us want!

And don't tell me to shut up!

Roar! *Scary lion-impression*

AMPaquette said...

don't make me vote you out of the hug kevin! no matter how scary your lion impression is, i will still tell you to shut up. whether you actually do or not is totally not my business

Kevin said...

Shut up.

(How did that feel? See, it's not very nice, is it?)

Well I think that all of have gotten closer no matter what Colin thinks. Why do we always argue on here? We get into these heated debates and then at school we just act all normal, well w/e it doesn't matter. We do need a group hug. Someone schedule it.
I want it to be the last week of school when we just hang out with each other and play games. I'm going to bring in Cranium, it'll be fun!
Culminating should just end right now, let's fast forward through it. And I don't want to learn anymore in class! We only have 3 more weeks of school left and only 2 more full Fridays, we should just be done.
So who wants to be my partner for Cranium? I pretty much rock at it. I'm so excited and ready to play it with the CGS kids or as Satck likes to call us, "nerdgeeks".
See you all Monday the 22nd (my b-day!)

Much love,
Chels

skittliboo said...

omg why did my comment post a billion times lol

I'll be your partner, chelsea! i happen to suck at crannium so we'll balance each other out!

Anonymous said...

Umm... I don't know if I want you to be my partner then... Jk, I love you Jess!

Tyler.. It's an SOL. Norms can pass it. Calm yourself, hombre!

And, yes, I think we are all much more.. aquainted than we used to be. It'll be pretty weird for Ali, I bet.
