Initially formed in the fall of 2004, the CGS Riverbend Class of 2008 had been together of an epic four years of high school. It disbanded in 2008 after graduation, but it still remains the best in all of CGS history.

There was no vote. Therefor, there can be no majority. So, then, the majority doesn't win; inevitability does.
Now, why would you say "a vote...majority wins" before announcing your official vote?

No, Colin wins. None of the other 'votes' had any bearing on his ultimate decision, regardless whether or not they constituted a majority.
